I think these are leghorns. I had two girls like them and they were the most easy going ladies ever. No stress or drama. Even just popped an egg out in the middle of the lawn and carried on pecking 😅.
Hahahaha I laughed straight away when you opened the door and they were ready and waiting! 😂 So cute man. That's the currency of exchange for giving them backrubs ❤
Just like my cows - they’re all scratched and made a fuss of, right from birth. They’re named and recognise they’re named when called. They all have their own distinctive “moo” as well. Pit the effort in to being kind and petting animals and they’ll show you so much love. I love my cows - they’re like big puppies and watching these hens enjoy their petting is something I love to see.
No roosters. They are white leghorn hens. The big head wattles are there because they are from the Mediterranean sea region and in South Asia - India, Pakistan to have better heat exchange and cool down quickly. They are common Bird for keeping at homes as the egg production is pretty high.
I love how they just politely hop up and await to receive their promised scritches!
And the way they politely clean their beaks first! 🥺
Its not common for a leghorn to be affectionate to their care takers. I love these hens. They are adorable.

Just like pooping... just bigger I guess. 😄
no better place for a chicken to wipe its beak than on a pair of pants haha
They love you.
Happy little T-rex's

He's sharpening his shank, if he doesn't get his back scratched somebody's getting poked 0:32
Love having chickens growing up 👏👏💞
I am permanently amazed how the chickens don't just hop the fence.
My leghorns will also peck at me (rather violently) until I give them attention, is this just a leghorn thing?
No, my pet rabbit also bites me to get my attention
@@sandasturner9529 I mean chicken wise but ouch! Rabbits have a strong bite
Same! None of my other hens do it. Mine jumps up on me and bites my clothes until I pet her, I was bleeding from it once 😂
