I have a 2023 tig r line Black and I thought the 2024 had the big 14 inch screen and was designed slightly different or was that just the European models I looked at.. also I agree about the engine . It needs a 2.0 l turbo with about 260 hp.. it's def a little to slow but I love the car.
The vehicle is nice but for 2000.00 less you can have the Tuscan with equal to maybe more features and better gas mileage due to a hybrid system. Much less to own after considering that

Like the car and it looks sharp! Now if VW would put the GTI's 240HP 2.0 turbo in the Tiguan, it would be amazing! I think it would sell very well.
They make a Tiguan R in Europe the includes the Golf R engine with 315 hp. They choose not to sell it in the US.

What you saw was the Euro Spec Tiguan redesign. That comes to the US in 2025.

I had a 2018 with 2 front facing cars seats and there was plenty of room. I think the new model is slightly bigger too.
