This video reveals clips of the US President confusing Congress for Ukraine, struggling to communicate with reporters and losing his way during speeches.
There are growing concerns around his age and mental fitness as Joe Biden prepares to run for a second term.
Sky News Contributor Sophie Elsworth said she was "at the point now where I almost can't watch this anymore” while referring to the mistakes Biden has made on the international stage.
"How on earth is this man running the country?" she asked.

Everyone who has a relative or friend who developed dementia recognized the signs while he was running for president.
