Ms Panahi reacted to Joe Biden having a “moment” in Maui a couple of months ago.

Mr Biden answered a question at the APEC Summit “honestly for once” and it caused US Secretary of State Antony Blinken to “wince”, she said.

My ex used to work in a nursing home that specialised in dementia and alzheimers on occasion if I was too early to pick her up they would let me sit in the resident common room and almost all of them had that same vacant stare that Joe has @1:00
