Do I need to set up a new email if they are going to spam? Or can the email just suddenly start going to inbox

Thank you for the video, I think I may have did some damage by sending multiple emails out in bunches, any easy fix? looks like my gmails go right through, but any one that has yahoo it winds up in their junk or spam :(
