Thank you for this review. I bought this model after watching your review.
The DAC is connected to my PC from the computer's optical spidif output into the optical input of the DAC, running at 24bits, 192KHz. The DAC is connected to powered speakers and sounds great.
I also wirelessly connect my phone to the DAC sometimes, via bluetooth using LDAC, which the SMSL SU-6 supports.
The included remote supplied with the DAC makes it easy to switch between inputs easily with just a push of a button.

I wish these sound companies would figure out a way to get BT simultaneous into the PC audio so we can make phone calls and stream from our phone simultaneous to using the PC.
Thanks for the review! In addition to the clean / neutral quality, could you provide more comments eg like soundstage , mid and vocals . Any treble sibilance etc thanks again
Glad the review was useful. The DAC is pretty linear and I also didn't notice any sound stage changes. Although, it's worth mentioning that when I'm using FL3 filter setting I have a feeling that the perception of sound stage changes and it's becoming wider.

Can this play .dsf files DSD Files
HELP I’ve got the SMSL SU-6, this the iPad works perfectly but when I use it with the iMac (all settings are ok) it only give me 44.1 quality, it doesn’t matter if I’m playing 192 or DSD. How can I six that problem? Thanks.
Hi! I can't say for sure if it's the problem with compatibility as I don't have Mac at hand at the moment, but several users reported similar problem between Mac and SMSL. I'd suggest you to 1) Check audio/midi settings of you iMac 2) Depending on the software you are using to play your music, try to switch on the Exclusive Mode (for example Tidal software for Mac has it).

Does this day have feedback sound every day I’ve brought I’ve had to return due to buzzing I’ve borrowed my brothers smsl mini m3 and there’s no feedback back so hopefully this is the same and is the better then the fiio k7
