Depends a lot on how long it's running for each time. We ALWAYS recommend to go by the hours suggested in the manufacturer's spec book.

So I noticed my top plug allen head has been stripped out on my 323E. Any suggestions on how to get that out now?

Weld a nut to the plug. Remove, than replace with new plug.
