Thank you! I did side by side with laptop and performed maintenance. This was a top of the line demonstrative videos that i have came across. Thank You sir from Muncie Indiana.
I just bought a Deere 26G excavator and greased all of the joints yesterday but didn’t know about final drive etc. , i think i will get all new filters, oil so everything is new as I start my journey with this very helpful machine! Removing bushes, brush, stumps and will level back yard area close to my house for garage installation for my six vintage cadillacs !!.,thanks for braving the rain for we, the viewers! 👍👍👍👍A+++
I put a whole gallon of oil in it and it was barely over the level; sure enough I started and let run to fill oil filter and the level went to exact full on the dipstick.
At 3:00 you compare filters....they do not look the same....the original has the seal near the outside diameter, and the replacement closer to center...
Great Video thanks! Can I ask a question about my 50d? here it goes, It doesnt seem to have to much bucket curling power but there is plenty everywhere else. I just bought it. 6k hours. I have a 35 as well. I expected way more from the 50. Any thoughts?
"Do Not" use brake clean to clean out water separator! It will make the see thru plastic housing cloudy and then you wont be able to visually monitor . I know because I used it on mine
Me excavator won't start after not being used for a month - it was running perfectly one month before. Cranks fine - just won't fire up... any thoughts?

I haven't been trained on this procedure but I'll need to do it. It seems a lot simpler than i thought it would be.

when changing the hydraulic filter do you need to bleed the system to get the air out.(The manual says so) or just run and refill as needed
I wondered this too but my dealer said it's not necessary. Only if you replaing the hydraulic pump.
I can't think of a weirder way to change oil.....wth was that
And he did that with no gloves and in rain. F that. Gloves and socal weather.
Afraid you are going to melt !
