So many people get minimalism wrong because of the 'minimal' in minimalism and its art/design history, and it will most likely always be like this. People coming to and leaving minimalism saying "I need more [insert item here]", minimalists reply with "you can have what ever you need, it's not a numbers game, it is about being conscious". I've always felt essentialism is what minimalism is trying to be but people are hesitant on abandoning the label.

My english not good but i want to comment. This video really good to watch in the morning to keep my mind clear. So I can keep walking in minimalist way. My progress so far still minimalism in home screen phone like another video on this channel. 😁
Watched several now. Good points here. I have also read Essentialism. Being mindful about what you do and why you do it is a key ingredient to happiness and purpose. ❤️

Nice seeing you have fun! I hate to think that setting boundaries as selfish. I believe that there is a tactful way to set them. Also, I realize just because I set certain boundaries does mean the other person has to accept them and vice versa
What do you think about the hygge life? I'm a pragmatic person, and sometimes I see that there's "conflict" between these lifestyles (minimalism, pragmatism, hygge life, essentialism)
