Sir your recipes and secret tips are great. I have made some dishes following your recipe through which i have received a lot of compliments. Sir please do not promote swiggy or zomato on your channel since there business concept is in contradiction to your channels objective of resturent style home cooking. Please don't take this in a negative way still a fan and follower of your work.
Not every one can cook everytime due to various constraints. Even if people use swiggy/zomato, there are still plenty of people who will try these recipes at home. So no danger to the cooking channels. Also no one order from outside everyday. Some times we order from outside, sometimes we try something from a RUclips cooking channel, other times we just cook on our own. So no clash of interest anywhere.
In my comment i haven't mentioned any danger to the cooking channels Just a contradiction of the purpose of the cooking channels. We watch bharatskitchen to learn to cook resturent style food at home rather than to get motivated to order online, so yes there's a clash of interest

I tried it came out to perfect. But the problem was that I don't had that pan. I had non stick pan so what i did is first I cooked it in pan and then the upper side directly on the fire. So you can try this if you don't have that pan. Give this recipe a try you'll love it.

The maida used is 4 cups ie; approx 500gms in weight. And 8 pedas were made . Each weighed 105 grams so total 840 grams in weight. I think 2 cups maida mentioned in the chefs post is incorrect. The quantity of milk and dahi mentioned is suitable for 4 cups of maida not 2. I made the naans and they turned out really well❤
