    Please learn to use a weighing scale. Mine turned out like batter. Probably due to differing Cup sizes and spoon in USA vs EU vs Asia.

    Thanks for showing the easy method. But couldn't understand what have you kept under tawa, a bowl kind of a thing? The tawa was not kept directly on the stove.

      This is frypan type of thing made from iron...you can keep iron kadahi or iron pot under tawa/skillet

      @@sonalikumthekar2544you can use non stick but it will take longer time to cook then...yes you can use any type of fry pan ...but only cooking time is different in every type of karahi or fry pan

    (Disclaimer: I don't speak Hindi so please forgive me if I made any errors 🙏)
    500g All Purpose Flour
    1 Tsp Salt
    1 Tsp Baking Soda
    ½ Cup Yoghurt
    2 Tbsp Oil
    1½ Cup Warm Water (warm, not hot)
    1) Mix ingredients in a clean bowl
    2) Knead the ingredients until a dough forms. Continue to knead on a floured surface.
    3) Cut the dough into equal pieces
    4) Roll each piece into your preferred size.
    5) Put coriander and/or butter on the naan.
    6) Fry the naan until bubbles form, then flip it.
    7) Remove naan from heat and serve!
    See below for timing:
    Mix ingredients - 0:33
    Knead - 1:17
    Roll - 2:05
    Fry - 3:31

      She means the same tawa on which the naan is placed. Place that tawa upside down with the naan facing the flame directly

      Ye wala tawa,means Jo main use ker rahi hoon agar ye nahi hai to regular iron tawa use ker sakte hain

    نان تو بہت اچھے ہیں، لیکن سمجھ نہیں آیا کہ آپ نے آدھ کلو میں تین کپ آٹا لیا، اب اس میں آدھ کپ دہی ڈال دیا اور ڈیڑھ کپ پانی سے تو اسکی لئی بن جائے گی۔

      @@LivelyCooking میں نے کل آپکی ریسیپی سے نان بنا لئے یہ بہت اچھے تندوری روٹی کی طرح کرسپی بنے لیکن میدہ کے نان میں پانی کم پڑا ڈیڑھ کپ زیادہ تھا۔ اسی ترکیب سے چکی آٹا بھی گوندھا لیکن اس میں ڈیڑھ کپ سے زیادہ پانی پڑا ۔ لیکن سب نے پسند کیا۔

    I suggest you add the water gradually. If you tip it all in, the dough will be runny.

    Can you please define how many ml does your 1 cup have? I have added 1.5 and dough was very liquid. Had to add 250 more grams of flour, not to throw it away :(
