@@sonalikumthekar2544you can use non stick but it will take longer time to cook then...yes you can use any type of fry pan ...but only cooking time is different in every type of karahi or fry pan

Continue to knead on a floured surface. 3) Cut the dough into equal pieces 4) Roll each piece into your preferred size. 5) Put coriander and/or butter on the naan. 6) Fry the naan until bubbles form, then flip it. 7) Remove naan from heat and serve! Please learn to use a weighing scale. Mine turned out like batter. Probably due to differing Cup sizes and spoon in USA vs EU vs Asia.

This is frypan type of thing made from iron...you can keep iron kadahi or iron pot under tawa/skillet
