    Amazing. I'm from ex Yugoslavia, and this is how we like our lamb, just salt and good technique. But I'll be honest, I've not seen many lamb ribs cooked this well. You got yourself a new subscriber, and I will be trying this out in my pit.

      Hey Dee Dee, I understand the salt issue. There are lots of low/no salt seasonings out there. With this recipe, some will help the fats to crisp up and get that golden color. I'm not sure how it would work without using any.

    🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 you know what your doing, indirect is the way. Just chill and let the grill do it's job. An expert doesn't have to keep lifting the the lid every sec because he or she knows the assignment. Great job bro!

    Just salt? How is it possible to get such a beautiful colour! Could you help provide a recipe for more flavour or maybe a method on how to add bbq sauce?

      That's the nature of salt Seemaab. Without any other herbs and seasonings, it won't get that dark crust. Here are a couple of vids with a sauce/glaze on Lamb ribs. Thanks for watching.

      So you're live fire grilling. That's cool, just make sure you have enough distance from the fire to the meat to allow for 20 to 30 minutes between flipping without burning. You'll get that color.

      Coarse salt, I use Kosher.

    Golden goodness---would've guessed some herb potatoes could live in the pan to absorb that tremendous drip and maybe get some char given the time. I've definitely got to grab one of these racks next time they show up.
