True story.......being a Giants fan for over 55 years my brother asked me about a decade ago on my birthday, "what's the best gift you could receive". Without hesitation I answered, for the Giants to win the world series. I received that gift three times thanks to Boch and players that played not for stats, but for the good of the team. I'm happy to see the Giants have stayed away from signing stat hounds and looked for players who played for the team to win, not for personal stats. Thanks Boch!
A loyal SF Giants fan since 1987. Happy that Bruce Bochy got out of retirement to win his 4th World Series ring...for the Texas Rangers! Well deserved! You still got it!!!

This is one of the best tribute videos I've ever watched in my entire life. This video gets me emotional because around the same time Bochy retired, my great grandmother passed away unfortunately. She taught me about baseball and the San Francisco Giants and I fell in love immediately. I love this sport and this team even through the ups and downs and I'll always appreciate my great grandmother because of it. Her passing away was the unfortunate mark of an era for the Giants and Bochy for me. It's hard to hold back tears on this one. Thanks grandma, I love you.

I loved how they showed a bit of SF with the warf and seagulls chirping. He was so cool, I didn't realize he retired...Sad to see him go. Wow, I spent a lot of world series watching the wisdom, strength, and patience of this man has or had during many intense and exciting world series and championships. Man, everybody loved him!! Coaching the Padres and San Francisco, he is all CALIFORNIA!!
I'm from Puerto Rico and don't follow the San Francisco Giants that much but what what I've seen and heard of this gentleman just puts in perspective what a very good MLB manager he has been for the San Francisco Giants, and for the other team , the San Diego Padres , he's one very special man ....
