Looks really good! A hygiene caution - I noticed when you added bullion that you swished the spoon in the water than back into the bullion jar...Raw pork in the water. Probably better to measure out the bullion in a separate container and not dip the spoon in the pork water.
Just prepared a pressure cooker full of pork neckbones , potatoes and carrots; they were the most tender, flavorful meal that I ever cooked. My family really enjoyed it. This is my first time preparing pork neckbones in a pressure cooker; and it won’t be the last. I can’t wait for the next videos on what to cook next using a pressure cooker.
thank you SO much....I was searching for a recipe to do neck bones in my pressure cooker xl....this will be dinner tonight for us...thanks again, looks YUMMY!!!
My buddy Larry Richardson from trinity gardens told me the secret to great neck bones is to boil em for 30 mins and drain the water, add all fresh water and THEN do all of the above just like you. Love me some neckbones. -Pawpaw subbed
This is the first time I have ever canned, let alone used a pressure cooker. do7.pl/Power It took me about a 1/2 to figure it out, but after that easy peasy!!!!! I love it and will continue to can every year!!
Hello big tone just seen ur video neck bones awesome bro had some last night will be looking for more of ur videos thxs enjoyed it very good presentation 👍
Cross contamination occurred when you doubled dip your better than bouillon, you should throw the jar away as a precaution. You maybe unknowingly introduced raw meant bacteria into your jar. Your food is safe to eat and it’s looks delicious but you cannot safely reuse the bouillon for future use. 😊 10:06
I was taught to parboil my neck bones to remove all that residue stuff but then when I Pressure cook them (I have that same P.C XL) they are literally off the bones which isn't what I want
Hi. You should try cooking them about 35-40 minutes. That's all the time that they really take to cook. That way they won't be over cooked and falling to pieces. I like for them to be on the bone and intact too. ;-)
If boiled them for 20 minutes with a little salt. Pour that water off. Clean the pot real good. Rinse the meat real good. Start again with fresh water. Your meat taste better.

I've been do that the same way for years. I'm still here!
I use the individual foiled squares. Folk don't believe that bad bacteria will catch up with them.
I cook mine in my Ninja Foodi, but I like to sear the seasoning into the meat first before I add water. Locks in the flavors and juices.
@mysaalyk I’m going to try that with my ninja foodi, thank you.
Yep I do that too

Just too much seasoning.. but I will say they do look beautiful
I do understand season as you like .... thanks for watching
Thanks for replying .. thank you for sharing..your awesome
I was thinking the same, especially salty seasoning. But they do look great.
Are the neck bones beef?
Gersen sorry for the delay but they ate pork neck bones
Are you listening he said pork
Clean the meat with a salt and water solution before cooking next time

Us Black folks need to cut back on the seasoning. Sea salt and Lawry’s is unnecessary. Choose one or the other.
It's so bad, we have started seeing children with high blood pressure.
to much salt
LMAO my bad you did say you clean your meat!
Ew, double dipped the spoon the the better than bouillon jar.
too much salt!!!!!
Smh!
WAAAAAY TOO MUCH SALT!!🙄
