    Having discovered Fred's Stanford Forgiveness Projectover 20 years ago, finding that sincerity, honesty, taking responsibility, and always approaching the intimate and challenging, enriched life, not to mention the practices ending cycles of hate and war,
    Merely seeing Fred via any youtube lecture, puts a smile on one's face and restores the now, again, familiar innocence of childhood.
    (You know, that in North American Indigenous philosophy, innocence is the mirror of wisdom. I may never reach the latter, but the joy of being open with those i once feared or despised, is enough. Just about ALL stress arises from fear; innocence, which one can see in even those who have themselves abused, is innate, is our default experience.)
