I've watched Dr. Luskin's videos several times and attended a talk he gave at my shul in San Diego several years ago. No doubt, he's brilliant. What cracks me up and makes me happy is the juxtaposition between his content (positive psychology, benefits of happiness, secrets of happy people)... and his delivey. Seems he aims to inspire, yet comes across slightly condescending. LOL.
