    Westerners do prepare bone broth. The homemade ones - 2 lbs of bone for a gallon of water, slow cook for 24 hours or 240 min in instant pot manual.

    Could you pls let me know why you prefer oval medication than injectable?
    I'm 69, female & have just started the injectable treatment (Denosumab every 6 mos.) & taking Calcitriol daily.

      @@samuelyue1810 Hi Dr. Yue, thanks for the reply. I have been on Aromatase Inhibitor treatment since 2019 May. Prior to the treatment, I had a bone density scan indicating my bone density being around -1. In September 2021 I had my 2nd bone density scan and it was down to -3.1.

      In women, side effects include an increased risk for developing osteoporosis and joint disorders such as arthritis, arthrosis, and joint pain.
      You might want to talk to your physician who prescribed the Aromatase inhibitor to see if he/she has any remedy for the rapid progression of your osteoporosis. He /she might have a better idea since you are prescribe this medication for a reason.

      雞翼、鳳爪,豬腳 have more collagen which is good for the bones and the amount of fat is not that much. In reality the fat is not that bad for your blood vessel and blood pressure, it is carbohydrate that is worse than fat.

    余医生:你好!我是个骨质疏松病患者,每半年打一次有关骨质疏松的针,已经共打了八次了,最近一次22年11月份打的(即第八次)医生警告我,要留意牙较会否变灰,我很害怕,牙较系骨造的,即代表尾龙骨随时都会变灰(散左)我应否停止打针,我应该跟医生指示用食物去逆转骨质疏松呢?请问那些针会相反会令骨头变差吗?因为打针后我已经掉了三只牙(自然的掉)多谢及盼望医生给我指示!!!!!感激万分!
