Dsr+ is the only gun I’d buy brand new from Dye.
HK paint is usually dimply. Worst paint around. D3fy, GI, valken, proshar are all great choices :) great vid guys!
It’s so funny how depending where you may live or who you buy paint from, so severely impacts the quality of the paint. My 4 star HK paint is always very symmetrical, no dimples and no joke I can drop from waist high and it breaks. But man the GI paint at all the fields up here is horrible they all look like footballs and they supposedly get fresh paint every month. It’s made me hate all GI paint. Even a box of Dynasty paint which is made by GI and supposedly 4 star equivalent looked like cancer tumors. Proshar, Valken, and D3fy are always great and for me I prefer HK 4 star over most GI stuff

Between the 2, which would you pick? I love the dsr+ but might return for a cs3..
Very surprised with the icon comparisons. Crazy. Dye just hit the jackpot on the dsr with the upgrades. Planet eclipse should be shaking in their boots. If they can take it up into the M line and make a mega premium marker with that shot quality. Winner winner.

Dye is the better buy. Not hating on PE but Dye is great. I am a Shocker guy myself.
im a shocker guy too but i wanna be able to use different types of barrels and inserts…ah ma go with cs3

@@scroperman4612 tbh they claim that it’s compatible with the dye markers but ive personally never saw one a dye marker with a non dye barrel kit. dont wanna risk it

Shot is very subjective man, I owned a dsr+ and actually traded it because I really don’t like how smooth it is , it feels lifeless and gives like no feedback , almost feels like the fps is low but it’s not . Don’t get me wrong I don’t want the marker to feel like a nail gun but I wanna know I’m shooting a paintball gun . lol PE just feels like a nice middle ground .

Who cares what it sounds like if it shoots so smooth though. The DSR plus is the best bang for your buck at the end of the day!
@jakeh9027 wrong my buddy just did a review on the chrome DYE ICON it has a lift
@@two-bit463 Sounds like your buddy is a little biased. I’ve played with the cs3 and cs2 and still prefer the DSR plus. The only PE markers I would pick up is an lv1.6 or an lv2. It’s hard though when you can snag a used dye DSR plus for 600 though.
@jakeh9027 wrong sounds like your a little biased ! Your up my balloon knot every time I comment about DYE ! Not my fault DYE can't make a solid marker. You might want to take it up with them not me. LUXE, PE, SHOCKER, and FIELD ONE make a superior product than DYE that's just facts ! Enjoy your weekend
