Whereabouts in issan are you mate and how long you been there ?
We live just a few minutes from the centre of Udon Thani.
Have been visiting for about 12 years and moved here permanently 4 years ago.
@@TheIsaanFarang nice mate, I’ve not been up there yet, my wife has lived in Bangkok 30 years but she’s from up near chaiyaphum originally and we spend time up there.
%95 of my relative's live in issan,Ubon Ratchathani,the people are so kind and friendly up north Thailand.
Your 3 day fast, what did u drink for them 3 days
Water, coffee and chamomile tea, no milk in the coffee or tea.
@@TheIsaanFarang yes i like coffee water chamomile tea and green tea any herbal. I wanna get back on to doing fasting 18 hours lost 5 stone along with walking 10 to 15k steps a day. Put back on need to do again stopped all fast food cut down on rice and pasta and sugar
