    In this video, I'm going to show you how to gain weight fast for skinny girls and guys. By following the simple and easy steps in this video, you'll be on your way to weight gain success in no time!
    So what are you waiting for? Start following the steps and prepare the weight gain smoothie in this video and you'll be on your way to a healthy weight gain that you're proud of!
    In order to gain weight, you'll need to eat more calories than you burn.
    Yes I know you probably have heard that a lot, but it is true. However, the trick to a faster weight gain is to make sure you are consistent with your high calorie intake.
    And to gain weight in the right places you'll have to do strength training exercises, so that you end up gaining more muscle than body fat.
    RECIPE HERE _
    1/2 cup oats
    1 teaspoon flaxseeds
    1 teaspoon chia seeds
    1 cup water or whole milk
    mix well and let it soak for 15 minutes
    1 overripe banana
    3 to 5 softened date fruit (no seed)
    1 apple
    1/2 cup roasted peanuts
    add all to blender
    add
    1 cup full cream milk
    1/2 cup heavy cream
    Extra tips:
    Eat more calories than you burn.
    Eat about 3,000 calories per day to gain 1 tO 3 kilos of weight per week.
    Don't drink water before meals because it will fill you up and you won't eat as much as you should.
    If you're a small eater , eat more than your regular portion and add a little more to eat without forcing your self.
    Be consistent with your calorie intake and if possible track what you eat to see faster results.

    dried fruits like raisins/sultanas
    mangoes
    papayas
    pineapples
    eggs (boiled, omelette or in recipes)
    potatoes
    wheat bread/bagel/ milk bread
    pasta
    cheese
    red meat
    salad dressings
    dry seeds
    pizza(oh yes baby!)
    brown rice
    shrimp

    I’m a 30 year old female and I’ve always been underweight. Like really underweight. Came across this video a few weeks back. And can’t thank you enough for it. Started drinking this smoothie 3 times a day after each meal. It’s been 18 days and I’m already up 3.6 Kgs. I also make sure to track my calories intake through a phone app. And I take around 2700-3000 calories per day.

    I can attest to it. This works like magic. I blend banana,avo,oreo biscuits, oats,plain yoghurt, peanut butter, egg,milk sometimes I add vanilla ice cream, mango and protein powder then drink twice daily...oh my!

    I’m 5’8 (age 23, female) and having unexplained weight loss since February of this year. I’m only 110 pounds and it fluctuates up and down.
    I’m scared for it to keep dropping.
    My goal is: 130 pounds!!!
    I’m also experiencing many other uncomfy symptoms: like hair loss, drowsy, get abdomen aches sometimes, easy bruising, have heart palpitations now(where it races on and off or pauses) get chest pressure discomfort or aches. I have trivial tricuspid, trace pulmonic, and trace mitral regurgitations. Get joint aches too sometimes. Out of breath sometimes.
    I have daily physical discomfort and wish it would all go away for good! All I want is to be normal weight again, be happy, and for all this to go away.
    This all gets mentally draining, that I stress out and cry on and off as it’s frustrating.

    I will try it starting tomorrow. Since i was a little kid I was always skinny and got bullied for that. Even today with 25 I get comments like: "You are a stick, If you turn to the side, you become invisible. Don't let the wind drag you away." Even thou I eat 3x a day and snack in between. Sure sometimes i get the time were I feel hopeless and just stop eating much, cause it is too expensive due inflation and all that food won't stay on my ribs anyway. I tried drinking olive oil, even taking meds, that slow down my metabolism but it never got me more than 2kg. I just want to look normal so that people stop starring at my legs cause they are so thin. I just want to eat a pizza und Kebab and just be fine with that for a day. Not scared to stand on a scale etc...

    I have a fast metabolism and I'm a young adult needing to gain weight. My menstrual cycle is irregular because my body fat is too low and it has caused numeral health issues. Nothing I do works to gain weight so I hope this works :(

    To give others detail to be benefited I am 19 year old boy....i am drinking this 2 times a day morning after breakfast and night after dinner......and 3 times normal usual meals but more quantity and evening will eat 2 eggs.......The day I started this smoothie I started going to gym also so i am going 4 days a week.

    Beautiful receipe.
    I started this about two weeks ago and started seeing results on the 6th day.
    However I stopped it because when I drink milk, it increases my fibroid and ovarian cyst sized.
    So I reduced again. I now made a new one without milk and it's day 3. I'm watching to see if it works well without milk and I'll truly be happy.

    It’s easy to gain weight. Make a plate and add 25% more food than you usually would. Or just eat 25% more than usual in a day. You just need a calorie excess.

    In 2023, my weight is 122 pounds; very low for a man cloaking 40 soon. I've always been quite slender.
    However, during Covid, I reached 165 pounds due to stay at home. I suspect that a significant portion of the global population also gained weight during that time.
    Well in 2023 intense project work that drained my finances. Made me lose this weight.
    And with my sister's birthday coming up in March 2024, I'm hopeful this video will assist me in gaining that weight back in a jiffy.

    Soaking for 15min is that the same as washing it? I seen a video saying if you don't clean or wash chia seed it can harn you. Just curious before I do it. Looking to gain as well

      I use chia seeds that are bio and already cleaned. Soaking chia seeds for 15 minutes is not the same as washing them. Soaking chia seeds helps them absorb liquid and develop a gel-like consistency and also enhances digestibility

    So I don’t think drinking it 3 times a day would be possible for me mostly because of timings.
    I’m 10kg under what I would like to be and I think I have a fast metabolism because I am regularly hungry and struggle to put on weight.
    If I drank it once a day do u think I’d still see results??

      Yes you can, but I added the heavy cream because it has a higher calorie content and higher fat content.

    My budget is very limited so can I make a 4000 calorie smoothie and use that alone for weight gain?
    Sometimes I really can't afford food so my calorie intake is most times less than 1000. So if I invest in a smoothie then I won't be able to buy much real food. So can I use mostly smoothies to gain weight?
