I've been diagnosed with frozen shoulder adhesive capsulitis also a hooked cromian im 2 yrs in really bad pain my neck is been affected by it even my ear inside is getting a bit funny like i can hear freezing icev breaking up just what it sounds like obviously not ice 🤔 im constantly doing exercises streches to help pain now my right shoulder is as bad as the left im desperately wanting to be able to work again any advice would really appreciate it im working on my overall fitness which is better but constant pain please any advice age 47 male appreciation of any tips from veiwers with same type of issues with shoulders and inflammation. Hey Nidge! Thanks for being part of the community. Sorry to hear about this condition as this can be painful. I do recommend you get some soft tissue work on the capsule and surrounding areas. Heat works well as well as hot showers. You can do the wall walk exercises to get started is what I recommend. I actually have a video on it. Hello! I have really bad pain in my left shoulderblade. sometimes when i sneeze it hurts so bad i feel like i get stuck. i also get neck pain and tingling in my left pinky and ring finger. i also have really tight left muscles in my neck what is the cause? shoulder or pinched nerve in neck?

I dont have shoulder pain anymore only neck pain but my scapula is still frozen and delta are tight
