Please do Carol. Be sure to take your time so that you can feel the muscles working to do that first start by still pulling up from your pelvic floor by squeezing as if your were stopping the flow of urine. Then pull your belly button to back and then start the exercise by bending over slowly until you feel your muscles contract( get tighter). Do however many sets you can do. The key is to come back and do them every day consistently and you will see results. if you can do these several times a day even better. God speed and blessings!!!!!!!! GOOD ON YOU ALANA FOR TRYING THEM!!!!!!! Yes, you are working those really tiny muscles that we bypass when we are going really fast and using momentum. But these tiny contractions are very effective, especially when you do a bunch of them together. What ever you do ….. keep moving . I do standing abs with music, you can add your own twist to it and get your groove on. A typical song last about 3-4 minutes.

That is so great that you do standing abs to music. I do too!!!! Sometimes I throw some dance steps in there in between sets. I encourage people to use their favorite music to make it more fun.
