I did a low sound version which was easier in my opinion but I was a dancer that had quit 2-3 years ago but I’m still (somehow) fit and I still struggled to do the easier option… I’m going to die…
I am SO in love with this vid and basically ALL of your BTS Workout videos. Ive been doing at least 2 of them every day for nearly 2 months now, they never get boring and your energy always keeps me going even when i'm tired! It's so fun to see how i'm slowly getting better at keeping up. Thank you so much, I'm so excited for new workouts to come!!
I absolutely love how you show the smaller screen with what move is coming next so we know what is coming up next! It totally helps! You make it fun and not all that talking like every other person does that just gets annoying. I can’t dance worth a flip but if I keep doing this I just might have some moves and a toned body. Thank you!!!

I love you, I hated the exercise that you do on the floor laying so I saw your videos they are so useful for weigh loss. I want to request a video with slow songs like louder than bombs, paradise, your eyes tell, we ate bulletproof external, mikromosmos, etc for a stretching a little cardio so that we can do this after that video. @@maithilidhumal6878 i dont remember the exact time when i felt different. I think around after 2 or 3 weeks. But i do this about 4 to 5 times a week *depends on your body* plus the song make u feel more excited hehe
I mean don’t starve. Just eat something. Wait for a few hours and then exercise. If u r working out in the morning, just have a quick energy drink and workout
Same, I’m 12 (13 in two weeks) and I usually don’t eat much to begin with (allergies prevent me from eating a lot of food but when you put my abnormally tall size and how much I exercise into account, I really should be eating Atleast double of my daily intake 😓) but I really regretted not having a drink or a snack beforehand and one nearby if I really needed to… I had to pause at 5:30 to go get a drink from downstairs and almost fell down the staircase it made me so tired… 🥲 god… how do people do this?!

I know I'm late to comment but, I find it hard to learn the original dances to the songs, and I always feel like I can't dance but these workouts make it fun to learn and to work out im truly grateful to these vids and I'm forever a subscriber 💕💕🌈

Hiii thank you so much for posting this!! I love BTS and have been looking for a way to add cardio into my home workouts (usually do yoga) for quite some time. I was so excited when I found your channel yesterday as I can now combine bts AND fitness - double the fun! I just finished my first session (managed up till the end of mic drop) and I loved it!! A quick question though - as somebody just starting out, how often in a week would you recommend I do these high intensity dance workouts, keeping in mind that I do 15-20 mins of yoga right after? I would be grateful for your guidance! 💜

I do this workout twice continusely without eating anything....and in addition I do few more workouts too and I am just 12
You need to do workout in an empty stomach or you'll throw up
