- Maybe it wasn't wise to go on a road trip around Coron on our own...
But then again, it's created a day full of memories and events we can NOW (post edit) laugh about.
When you picture Coron in Palawan, you imagine beautiful beaches, clear blue oceans, boat trips and relaxation. What you don't imagine and you don't see online is the OTHER SIDE of Coron which is hard work, draining, hazardous and pushes you to the limit...
We covered the entire Island starting from Coron Town all the way around Busuanga with a few stops on the way. Here's to making more funny memories in The Philippines (we hope you enjoyed our struggles as much as we did... POST EDIT)

I'm sorry guys for the bad roads you encountered. Unfortunately my country is made up of islands where some roads like what you experienced are still not developed. The good thing, you arrived home safe. For next road trips maybe you need infos if roads are good and or passable. Be safe always 🙂👍🇵🇭

I'm confident no one will try to do bad things to u - Filipinos are good - God fearing people. Most people don't have much in the province but they are kind and happy 😊

Whew, i'm glad you made it safely back to your hotel guys. Aside from maybe your bike breaking down, another thing i was a bit concerned about is snakes esp. in the mini waterfalls area... But the drone shots were amazing. Coron and the whole of Palawan is so lush. Hope it always stays that way. :)

I've been to the Pahiyas Festival where they decorate all the homes with colorful rice leaves and produce. It was amazing. Everywhere you look, it's bursting with colors. :)
We were very lucky haha! We were quite worried but we had a good time, definitely much nicer to look back on then it was to experience it at the time 🤣🤣
The government has a plan for infrastructure project development after 30years today we still waiting for the project for another 50years for our friends and tourist and still hopefull for the project to be done!
I’m sure they will give the country even more beauty!

Most part of Palawan island is under develop, only in tourist spots so be careful while traveling in remote area. Keep safe always

I feel y’all. I guess they haven’t worked on the roads yet. I’m from Wisconsin and I was there back in 2019 when typhoon Phanfone was making its way pass Coron. Coming from near Dapagal Island back to Coron town me, my girl and a local almost died. It started raining non-stop, super cold, roads were nothing but dirt roads with mixed rocks…Going up the mountains down the mountains w/ moving rocks, etc…That was the scariest ride ever in my life lol. So many times I thought we was gonna fly off the motorcycle into a tree

The place have 'engkantos', i had few experiences while hiking. My camera suddenly goes wonkers whenever I point it at a certain area we passed and sometimes at caves.
It was so scary haha! We were very happy to make it out of there without breaking the drone 🤣
