I applied for my wife's application who resides in India on June 17th, I'm a Canadian citizen. And we got the AOR in August and then the medical request and Biometric request in late August, and finally did the medical and biometric by Sept 1 and got it approved by Sept 3rd. Now since the biometric and medical have been done and recieved for almost 3 months I was wondering what should I expect now?
The next thing you would most probably receive is a pre-arrival letter or any additional documents or Information, if they need it.

I got married in India coupe of weeks ago. I am confused about changing the name of my spouse in Addhar card and passport, is this needed ? If not, then Can I apply with her existing passport ? Please help me to answer on this. It will be highly appreciated. Thanks
I think many people prefer not to change passport details. Until any application like pr is processed. Aadhar card might be okay. But still Any experienced person may answer properly. This Q
Speaking of my wife's application, I had ample of time to submit her application. So, I had her last name changed in both passport and AC. But its not mandatory. You can very well go ahead with sponsoring without it as well.
@@yourCanadianDesi in this note, could u suggest, what would be proof for mutual cohabitation. As ,we don't have any common address on legal card except hotel trip booking . Can it be shown ?

If you are a Canadian citizen then yes you can apply from India. If you are a PR, then No. You will need to be physically present in Canada to be able to sponsor.

Anything not in English like birth certificate, marrige certificate etc need to be translated into English and certified.

Yes you will need to show your educational document as well and transcript is one of them
