Hi I got an email from My VO for spousal sponsorship that my application is in queue for officer’s review. I finished AOR,SA,Biometrics,Medical passed since December 8 2021. My application submitted in August 2021. What does that email mean and how much time still to made a decision ?

Do the witnesses need to be PR or citizen in bc case? Or its fine with work permit?

Before you can get married you need a marriage license which you can apply at a Provincial office? What if you don't want to do a ceramony or small one would be fine.

The IRCC is already aware of the applications submitted for a specific person. No need to inform them. For other queries, you may contact them via webform.

Unfortunately, majority of the newly applied applications are not receiving their AOR that soon. You will have to keep following up with CIC via call/webform for an update.
