The people of Yemen already believe this. It's called Islam. In America, people pray and expect precisely the same positive results. It's all cults to me.
Many people in Yemen spend quite a bit of their time focusing on beliefs and things that they believe are out of their control as well. I can't wait for the New Age to become the Old Age. When I was a child I went to Sedona and had to hang out with my mom in all the crystal shops and was taken outside dressed in trash bags in the middle of the night with a meditation specialist named Mickey. We had flash lights in the dark and I was told I was supposed to look for aliens. I wish I just went hiking instead. Beautiful place.

The before and after pictures are shocking! He’s not the only person to have these kinds of body modifications either, however there’s only like 5 people that have removed their nose, and one other to remove his finger. So far no one has amputated their own healthy leg. The comment sections of his social media is always a battle of two sides. One side egging him on because it’s his life, the other begging him to seek mental health therapy. What could be going on in a situation like this?! And what’s your opinion on if he should be able to amputate his own healthy leg?! I’m not sure if this guy is into conspiracy theories, but he’s definitely an alien lizard person lol! He wouldn't be the first to have a healthy leg amputated unfortunately. You have reminded me of an article I read many years ago. Yes, I don't see the problem... but then I've never been the type to get "too close" to new age gurus. His message just works for me. Maybe he's a scumbag in his personal life. Both of those things can be true. But like I said, I believe there is a safe distance from these gurus where you can benefit from their message without getting tangled up with their "personal demons".
I wouldn't mind it if one of my friends "gave" me upwards of $200,000... The man says that he is an alien from outer space I'm sure you wouldn't mind your daughter sleeping with him.... 🙂

Short-term satisfaction, and postmortem prizes calls many to the alter of stupidity and otherwise indefensible ideas. Christianity, Islam and Wokism included.
Sex is fine, but cults tend to get weird. 1 cult leader sexing up ALL of the women while forbidding the other men to have sex, or abusing children. Cults suck.
This is very good and wise. "They are a sympton of a larger poor critical thinking epidemic", he says of the guru's followers. Could the Doctor speak more on this angle please.
Thank you Dr. Grande for taking this on I’ve been bewildered ever since hearing the news. I went to middle school and high school with Brent, and was in communication with him before it happened. Over our correspondence through Facebook I could tell he was very excited with whatever he was involved with and wanted to tell me a lot more and this pushed me away. At the time I too was interested in personal growth which is why we were chatting. We weren’t ever close, but he used to like some posts of mine. Not surprising that bentino didn’t show remorse
I saw a study on NOVA in early nineties/late 80s about multiphase sleep that claimed sleeping 4 hrs on 4 hrs off times in 24 hours was as effective as continuous sleep. I've also seen it was the norm before the light bulb.
Check out the study and results of the discovery of the *Glymphatic System.* Every neurological mental health issue is exasperated by lack of sufficient deep sleep and REM. Sometimes the mental health issue, such as rumination, causes loss of sleep too (making it worse.) I'd say the discovery of the Glymphatic System is one of the most important findings in human mental health history. I'm surprised it didn't get more press coverage, because it is grounded in science and fact. As a result, 4 hours' sleep at a time should quickly be discarded as dangerous to mental health.

Every new cult leader is easy to spot, because they follow the exact same formula, but people continue to fall for them. People's need to belong, to anything, is just too strong.
Great analysis. In this context, vulnerable people are deeply dissatisfied with themselves and their lives. The cult leader inflates and deflates their egos to the point where they lose their critical faculties. Emotionalism takes over. The despicable thing is that cults often prey on people who have been traumatised by abuse in their childhood. The trauma are the sources of their dissatisfaction but the cult leader never helps them resolve those problems otherwise the person would become free and balanced and not in need of magical thinking.

You are awesome Dr. Grande! Your humor makes my day.
Loved it! Especially the ending. Thank you! I wish they would teach common sense, manners and how to be independent in schools.
Excellent analysis, Dr. Grande!❤️
Most new age "gurus" are just uncaring narcissistic monsters. You cracked me up w/the stupid general words they use! 🙄👺🤡Wonderful analysis. Thanks Dr G😊💕💕
Hi Zena! 👋 I wrote you a couple of comments yesterday and I think they were deleted. Or my account is dead. Did you see them? One I left for CT disappeared, too. Now I am worried. Hope I'm not banned again. Hugs to you and your mom. ❤🧡💛💙💜💛 I hope this one shows up. 🥺
@@LDiamondz Hello!! I think YT is wonky as I couldn't see comments until I hit the weird button to show most recent on some channels, I was worried too. Oh no, sorry they disappeared. 😑I wrote CT twice too w no replies. Mum had a bad day yest but will bounce back. Thanks always dear...love hearing from you, massive Hugs and Love your way!!😉😘🐦🦋🌷🌻💚💚💛💛🤍🤍🌞🎈🛡🌄💞
Oh boy, this is one I have been waiting for.
I think he is great. I've been following him for about 7 years. He definitely sees. If people who critisize him enjoy their critical thinking so much they should definitely use that as the source of happiness.
The man says that he is an alien from outer space
I'm sure you wouldn't mind your daughter sleeping with him.... 🙂
Dr Grande's commentaries are the absolute best
Awesome site thanks for your hard work
I loved the witty jabs in this one, it made for a very entertaining video haha
Humor is outstanding.
Seems like all of these cults have many things in common
SEX.
In my youth(the 60s) we did the same thing.
LSD helped a lot. That's true enlightenment!!!
Always interesting.
Thank you.
Peace 💕🇺🇲
Short-term satisfaction, and postmortem prizes calls many to the alter of stupidity and otherwise indefensible ideas. Christianity, Islam and Wokism included.
LSD will never lead to true enlightenment bc its a drug and wears off.
M F - Also a 60s kid! But we shared everything and were not greedy!
"The Law attracted him to prison" I almost died laughing to that!😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
When I was in kindergarten I told other kids that I am from another planet, never thought to make a career of that ;)
😅😂
Thank you Dr. Grande for taking this on I’ve been bewildered ever since hearing the news. I went to middle school and high school with Brent, and was in communication with him before it happened. Over our correspondence through Facebook I could tell he was very excited with whatever he was involved with and wanted to tell me a lot more and this pushed me away. At the time I too was interested in personal growth which is why we were chatting. We weren’t ever close, but he used to like some posts of mine. Not surprising that bentino didn’t show remorse
Perfect. I was hoping someone would analyze this one
I knew a girl in this cult. It was really scary the way she would talk and argue that he was the “real thing”.
Love your humour! And that's a great commentary on Bentinho
I have enough trouble keeping both feet firmly planted in reality. I can’t imagine levitating!😂😂😂
Thanks Doc, hope you’re doing well today!
How intriguing! I'm def gonna look into this. Thanks
Superior synopsis, Doc! Spectacularly Sensational Shirt, as well!
British stalker Alex Belfield. Recently sent to prison for 5 1/2 years. He never personally stalked but used his mass following on social media to incite hatred towards celebrities. Would make an interesting and current case if you're able Dr Grande :) first time this has happened in British law
Every new cult leader is easy to spot, because they follow the exact same formula, but people continue to fall for them. People's need to belong, to anything, is just too strong.
Using lightening/enlightening interchangably had me in stitches!
It's a shame the mental hospitals are not around any more!!!🤡👹
That wisdom set at zero line was killer
Dr. Grande, your level, style, and somehow total professionalism given these characters you ara feced to is indeed "Grande". Thank you very much for your excelent material.
Since i am a supreme reptilian leader - disguised as an incel - from planet Zorox and i can see trought glass (as long as it is not tinted) i feel i could start my own cult now and challenge this imposter... 🦎🛸🙏💵
Planet zorox beings never get on with those from planet Scammer...
Excellent as always! You’re precious Dr. Grande
You have both the most inquisitive channel and also the most hilarious channel at the same time. The way you burn the subject with a straight face and clinical demeanor is a uproarious.
Now every time I'm about to waste money, I will laugh at myself for getting my wallet enlightenened. If I habitually patronize multiple vending machines, it is a Great Awakening level of enlightenment.
I have never understood what must be missing in a person to want to join a cult. There must be a certain amount of covert narcissism to join these "religions" because there is always a leader that tells them over and over how special they are and they really must need that on some level.
I know one thing.......
You are ROCKING that cool shirt, Doctor!
I think Bentinho IS the Master of ONE thing.......
I bet he's a good fisherman because his mastery is being a Master Baiter.
Dr. Grande, your jokes keep getting better and better.🤣
Will Boulder *ever* reach the point where it tells the Bentinho Massaros of the world that it's already stocked-up on crazy but that Berkeley might be in need?
4:54 - 5:01...That had me laughing for a good 10 minutes!! 🤣 Thank you, Dr. Grande & have a great day! 🌵☺️
This goes beyond critical thinking skills. People who join cults are fundamentally broken in some way that makes them rife for exploitation.
Good Day, Dr. Grande. Love that shirt!!
non duality teaching, you fearful playing brother. ❤
This dude is worse than any televangelist I have ever seen. And I've seen em all!
May he rot in hell.
Remember that old late night guy, Murdock I think it was? He was the worst. Seed $...send him $1k and you won't be poor anymore, God told him. ☹️ ugh, so many of them!
I love you Dr Grande! This was great!!
Awesome shirt Doc!!❤
Good rundown on this guy and - nice shirt!
"you only need light when it's burning low".. 🔥🔥🔥 Kreten.
I think it's time for the alien lizard humanoid merchandise to come out.
Fascinating. I love hearing your opinion on issues.
Too bad George Carlin isn’t here to deliver a rapid-fire recitation of all those idiotic cult terms. Now _that_ would be therapeutic! In all seriousness though, I really appreciate your eloquent bashing of these spiritual gurus, Dr. G. It gives me inner peace. 😊
George would have a field day with this nut-bag.
I am a Japanese viewer. When he sits on the sofa like yoga, he reminds me a notorious guru Asahara, a founder of AUM committing Tokyo subway sarin attack in 1995.
You always make me laugh Dr. Grande with your logic & humor
Excellent breakdown Dr. Grande. Thank you.
Great stuff. Always been a fan of your sardonic/laconic sense of humour. Flaxen Saxon.
Enjoyed your comical comments in this video!
And one of your best. At least four laugh out loud zingers along with heaps of information well delivered
Seems like the weight loss thing is to try and make them more sexually attractive to him.
He's right that overweight is a major life shortening threat, but that is not all there is to human health and living a good life; not by a longshot.
absolutely love videos on gurus, please do Sai Baba!!
