There is good assam laksa inside the hawker centre near the curry puff place! 12:50 - you are correct, the cage and chair is for their shows, where they will induce a "lightning" from the left apparatus to strike the cage (and will invite a volunteer to sit on the chair inside). There is also a very interesting "electric chair" that you can try there too, whereby it will make your hair stand.

There is a western food chain called five ten at Yishun where every Main course is either $5 or $10. Chicken chop fish & chips all $5 and delicious too.
The western food have been around for more than 20 years. Around the western food place at other coffee shop have other nice food as well, like ban mian, nasi lemak, roast duck/pork rice.
You & Jie Jie are fun~ loving people. You would love spending time there. You would need to pay for a bundle of activities but it’s certainly worth it . I did all those few years ago when I was 75. Here’s the list : Mirror Maze, Hedge Maze, Bouncing Net, Foggy Bowls, Topiary Walk, Canopy Bridge. There are also some fun activities on Level 4 ……… Changi Experience Studio. Go & enjoy . U should visit Singapore Discovery Centre. There is a full fledge cinema inside. Inside the centre you can also take a tour inside safti easily, just hop on the tour bus
