      I'm not sure on the total cost passed onto the customer, but I believe it was roughly $14,000 Canadian dollars. That includes all the materials and tin work.

    Studs spaced 16"? They look wide.

      The lower floor is, because it's structural. The upper floor is 24 inch centres, but with horizontal strapping for the metal siding.

    What is the height of your building?

      The total height is 16 feet. The floor system is just over 10 inches thick and was placed so the upstairs has a little bit more room than the downstairs.
