Perfect timing on the hinge tutorial. Thanks. I'm pretty sure my the glass in my donation oven is beyond rescue though😂. I'll rebuild it for a solar oven test anyway, so no worries. But seriously the hinge removal was just perfect timed for me.🙂

how do I know which is right side of the glass nearest to oven when re-inserting
It is normally the side that does not have the paint on goes facing inwards to the oven
It has paint on both sides I think.

That’s why I start off telling them to use a towel to protect the glass, but I’ll guarantee you someone will break one lol😂
