I played one of these a while back. The gnome was created by a scientist in response to a plague to warn the king of the disease, throughout the campaign the autognome found out he had his creators soul and eventually realized that he created himself to try and fight back against the disease that a gnoll warband was spreading unintentionally.

This character's name is Angela Nightingale a reborn undead warlock who's biological father is their Lich patron who became a Lich to find a way to bring back his daughter from death and he uses her as his phylactery Angela is a kind hearted individual who seeks to protect those who can't protect themselves and while her father is a Lich he fully supports her desires to protect the innocent even though he thinks it's just a phase she'll outgrow her father is one of those people who tries to impress his daughter and earn her love and admiration but often comes across as being a little annoying and overbearing and her father is extremely overprotective of her he made her as his phylactery to keep her close to his heart both metaphorically and literally he deeply cares about Angela with all his heart
It’s a cool concept definitely. The souls being forced in it by deaths around her is a great bonus, and explains experience points. I love the sadness behind the character and her father.
You’re probably better off having this be early in the years of lichdom. I say this because the longer a lich lives the harder it is to hold together there humanity and love. He will see her adventuring as a risk to his life. Which is a cool story concept kill the lich who is your father

you missed one major drawback for a construct. the book specifies which healing spells work on you. note that none of the resurrection spells are listed, neither is Heal.
you play on honor mode as an autognome.
Revivify and resurrection both target creatures. So I believe that still counts
