      Great job. However, 1:55 standing up and engaging the diaphragm is better for control. It's just my humble opinion.
      Having breathing exercises with beat counts of 6, 9, 12, and 16 for me are better.
      There is no need to pass out while standing.

      I do have to disagree with this exercise.
      It's not how long you can sing one note and end it when you are totally out of breath.
      Having good breath control within the parameters of your singing, such as phrasing, commas, lyrics and more is much more effective..
      Building control is the key, not how long you can last.
      Exercise with shorter increments and build. This takes time with many variables.
