Yo man. You cannot use just this workout to get results.. supplement it with more harder workouts like 1.5 hr running (5k+) or 1 hr of weight training or whatever suits you. Also remember not to over exhaust your core.. I wish you good luck man
Consistency & doing the right workout posture is key. You won’t see results immediately, but you will overtime. You’ll know you’re making progress once this 10min workout gets easier to do. My only struggle when working out is knowing that I’ve hit a plateau in my fitness level and need to push for something harder. Nowadays 10 mins to myself is all I have to workout, so I don’t see my gains growing as much as they used too. I usually opt to 10 min intense workouts with no rest, but still, no growth showing :\
Well I have one issue with this guy's demonstration -- and its one that follow all exercise routines -- he's not well over 6 ft. I'm 6'4/193 with a 75/25 leg/torso split. That makes any leg raising movements twice as difficult for me. The moment you try and raise your legs, your torso pops up. You end up burning twice the energy just keeping your torso flat. Yes, its hare for any tall person to do any exercise. But people of average height, don't think about that.
