All the information that you are providing is million dollar worthy. Just one feedback i have got for you is you can simply avoid music in the background. It keeps distracting the listener. You have got the rhythm already in all your speeches. You don't need music to engage as your voice is more engaging already. In IT Industry, Candidates demanding more package amount than market standard rates. It's difficult to survive in IT Industry due to this high demand and less quality manpower. Kindly help us to get sort out this issue?
Simple thing is, check the candidate's competency. Also check what else can be offered apart from salary. A workplace with a solid culture, career growth...people don't just look at money these days. Create or offer a differentiator that works in your favour.
