Well said Rajiv, but the process of hiring seems challenging. We are ready to expand the team and pay them handsome but the various hiring platforms too have failed in providing the staff. Able candidates hesitate to join small companies with 8-10 ppl
I understand. Try hiring through references. For positions with lesser experience, you can reach out to educational institutions as well.
