How to make scones with powder milk and no eggs|EASY eggless scones

Hi guys this is an easy recipe of scones using powder milk.
INGREDIENTS
6 cups flour
6 tsp of baking powder
1 cup of milk powder
1 cup of sugar
1 1/2 cups of water
200g butter
1 egg for brushing
Bake @180 c for 20-25 minutes
