- We install a Beta Factory 2-stroke Kickstart Kit (AB-21192) on a 2022 Beta XTrainer 300. This kit adds a backup starting option for your bike that is great for turning over the engine during service work. This kit fits 2018-2019 RR 2-stroke and 2018+ XTrainer

Looks like they upgraded the clutch on the new ones to the newer KTM style clutch with concave spring and bolts. Probably adjustable between soft medium and hard.

Excellent Instructions! Is there a difference in AB-21192-20 and AB-21192? I have a kit for my xtrainer but I was given AB-21192-20. Thanks!
Good Morning, Yes I believe the -20 is for the 2020+ and newer models. You will definitely want to double check that you have the right kit for your bike before you attempt install to prevent your bike sitting apart waiting for a different kit. Thanks for watching, Jared
@@3SeasRecreation All good, the only difference in the two kits is the actual kick lever. The “20” kit has a shorter and rounded kick lever but I have it installed and it’s all working!

Is it normal that the kickstart lever just slightly touches the side cover at the kickstart knuckle at the same time the outer edge of lever touches foot peg ?thankyou

Put an Earth X in it and forget about it.
Not sure how that would help the starter and button issues that these bikes have. We have 3 of these bikes. 2 of them have had button AND starter issues. The 3rd bike is a 2022 so it hasn’t had much time to fail yet.
