I'm not a painter and what I know of artistic portraiture could be written in poster type on the back of one hand, but every once in a while I think that I'm starting to understand why the judges choose the portraits they choose -- then they start talking about why they chose as they did and all my self delusion goes out the window. 😉 I enjoy the show immensely and am grateful that someone goes to the trouble of posting them. Thank you very much!
I've been binge watching the series, so many talented people, I'm amazed. I had no idea there are sooo many portrait artists, blows me away. Thanks for having these shows, time to watch another!
I'm pleased for Sally. I really enjoyed her portraits and feel vindicated for her after the rather snide judges' comment at the beginning about her self portrait being put to shame. I felt just the opposite and am happy she proved that comment ridiculous.
I love watching this series but I never ever agree with one of the female judges! She is so academic in her views . This only proves art is a personal experience and can’t really be judged by a panel. I’m sure another panel of judges would pick other winners. I know I certainly would!
Ignoble judge at 14:52 feigning interest driops a triple negative on the lad leaving him bewildered briefly but in a swift and adept move he agrees with said judge and delivers a wonderful synopsis to move her along. Well played.
I am so grateful for this. I don’t paint. I write music and stories. I created a RUclips channel for my music years ago. I recently joined a toastmasters group where I incorporate my music into my speeches. Watching the creativity in painting inspires me in a curious way. I particularly enjoyed the fabric and thread being used. Simply beautiful work. All of these.
Although I do really love the winning portrait, it does feel a bit like cheating to not do the hair. A bit unfair against the other artists that did at least TRY to do it all.
I want to say I think the two hosts of this show are so genuinely interested in the individuals and are just great personalities...
Frank's a great asset to every show he's in
They are both great.😊
Sally's charachture is spot on one of the best I've ever seen on this show she has a bright future .❤
I agree. I'm so happy they chose her piece!
I am happy for Sally, she really captures the emotion and the details of the face, congratulations if you are reading this.

Speaking as a artist l look at it like this. Who cares if the critics like it? Does the subject like it? The judges are irrelevant.
again thank you for posting these
This has got to be my favorite so far. Everyone was so talented.
What an accomplishment in four hours
Sally did a marvelous job!! I love how the hair is "unfinished". With how she did the face, so exquisitely 🥰🌹
The highlight of my sundays! Thank you
Sally's portrait was Brilliantly painted !!! So glad she won !!!
O hope that she never paints that hair because the portrait is perfect! She captured a moment of the setter ! Really nice!
I started watching this show because I caught a glimpse of her work at the beginning of the first episode. So glad she made it!
I have intested this comta nce
Thank you so much!
17:40 what an excellent portrait of John Pertwee
Love the textile. So interesting
Sally did a great job. Her piece deserved to win. She made great decisions.

I completely agree with the final three. Great choices. Everyone was so talented but I loved their's the most.
Really enjoy these British shows. Very inspiring. 👍

She captured likeness ,expression and vibe of the moment . Awsome,!!!!
Best show ever🇨🇴🇨🇴🇨🇴
You guys are the best!!!💃🏼💃🏼
Brilliant!
Ramon Gaston from the Philippines🇵🇭
I thought his self portrait was brilliant & awesome❣️❣️
Thank you!
That Renaissance take on a teen gamer is brilliant. What next? Cave paintings of teens taking pictures on cell phones? Love it.
Terrible they let him look at his ipad
@@tinipants2 they didn’t “let” him, they posed him that way on purpose.
…right on, she so deserved that, that painting is brilliant! 💕
Nice to see a Filipino artist😉🇵🇭

I don't think the judges should be chit-chatting with the artists in the last 30 minutes. Too distracting 🤨
I love Stephen Westwood’s self portrait!
Waiting for the next episode. I'm really forward to looking at Hook's next masterpiece
This is the first time that they picked the one I liked best.
I like this show. Thanks for uploading.
I would like to see one session of portrait artists being painting the three judges. ya? think about it

Any work that prefer is always the one that critics dislike. I still trust my own judgement
Where can i get this inspiring classical backround music? Can anyone help?
Loved the winner. And the uniqueness Of the thread portrait
I really wish we could turn on captions. Some of the competitors accents are rather difficult to understand. Minor problem.
this will be the LESS is MORE chapter :)
I really wanted to see more of Stephen's work :(
I thot Abby was one of the better ones. Redrawing the sketch made her lose time.

Anyone from india
Ty😊
Different judges, different results
Why do they never pick up pastel artists
I have never watercolored. Can you use a fan to dry between layers?
hair dryer
Doesn’t the soundtrack at 25:08 remind anyone else of a song from Del Toros Pinocchio called “ciao papa”?? It sounds almost identical
How to participate sir
Hi I am from India I am so curious to participate I can mail my work
회화가 아닌 케리커쳐가 우승을 했네.점점 기준이 모호해지고 있지만 잘된 일이다.사실 나도 그게 좋았다.
i knew it Gaston is Pinoy
I'm not happy with the judges posing the sitters. It should be the artists decision.
Is this an old show 2014?
2016
The judges shouldn't be talking to them after they begin....
Although I do really love the winning portrait, it does feel a bit like cheating to not do the hair. A bit unfair against the other artists that did at least TRY to do it all.
I don't know, but Sally's portrait of Daniel looked really basic to me.
thread gimmick shouldn't have been top 3 imo
To the production and producers: Why, while all of you know about art and picture the staging is awful????
palmreading=occult.... anyway his portrait didnt look much like his model.. others impressed me much more
😐😐
