    Is the pickup/gather of the ball at waist level right before the final step? Or does it occur at the same time?

    This seems so counter to what you would expect would be a natural motion, but I believe this can work for sure. I'll try it on the court in a few days. (when it stops raining here)
    These guys seem to have a smooth shooting motion btw, they can be elite shooters if they keep working on their shots.

    damnnn this is great ... Isia Thomas always said : the ball has come back to u after u shoot!.. so it would mean you shot in the perfect form.. and to achieve and execute this u have to understand the bounce of ur handles and fundamentals plus the magic of constant repetition... as u can see in a Kyrie or a Curry or even CP3 from the midrange, and then we have Westbrook someone that doesnt uses the flow/float but instead is pace when dribbling so he tends to dribble strong and/with perceptive intention of explosiveness attacks so probably would be good for him to train ,even if he besides that has all other problems on his power generation on his shooting form lately on his is carred his problems might be able solved with this technique cause then he would have to pace himself and form gather steps that can naturally wait for a perfect bounce for him to create is natural shot.. as a baller you know that when u are within the flow and floating with the all the fundamental movements and u are in ur own rythim is when the buckets start to feel effortless..

      Pressure by moving a bit up and then retreat a little when they start dancing
      If they pickup and u stop the shot motion PRESS UP n make them pass the ball now still keep track of your man as he may backdoor

      When u sense a pickup lunge forward but b prepared for the fake and blow by so don't fully commit 4 the contest unless u sure u get it the more u do it
      It's a instinct and experience thing

    4:15 it could be more naturally fluid dribbling with their left hand despite being all righties bc of the alignement of their feet-knees-hips-elbow-basket. When you pull-up from your strong hand, you need to make a little adjustment whereas with ur “weak” you don’t.

    • @albertojuvina2887
      @albertojuvina2887 9 месяцев назад +1

      Actually, I’m pretty sure that if we make research, most of the NBA players do take more off-hand pull ups than strong-hand, or at least it must be pretty even.
