That's actually not true. Those who said he's expired aren't now saying that he's the best pg in the world, they're still saying he's washed and that he just had one good game.
It's just that the voices saying he was washed were loud and more belligerent when Curry was "struggling" (with 27 ppg), but now that he's showed up again, those voices have quieted down and now the voices who were supporting Curry can be heard.
Those who said he expired are still saying that, but now they're muttering it under their breath all salty.

@@kacatx91 they never understood Curry's playstyle or Kerr's philosophy. His goal and intent is always to make sure the team clicks first. If the team doesn't click and know how to move and play within the system, it doesn't matter how well Curry plays, the team's ceiling will be low.
So even though his numbers were suffering, Curry was working to make the team click and try to get the rhythm that they had in 2016. That will raise the ceiling of the team and make them contenders when Klay gets back.

The most interesting part about Stephs's shooting is that somehow the stars aligned in a way that he ends up being teammates with Klay Thompson. Another all-time great shooter,in my opinion the greatest 3 point shooter besides Steph. And not only that,he also plays in a way that complimates Steph, where he doesn't need the ball that much in order to get his shots up. Their personality also mesh together really well. On defense is a great match where Klay can guard the best guards so Steph doesn't have to and can save his energy for dribbling, something Klay doesn't really do. Is absolutly amazing they ended up playing toegther from the start and were able to reach their prime together. Shame what happend with Klay's injury but while it lasted...it was magical. 2 of them together on the team. That will never happen again.

I remember that game so well. It was indeed the best regular season game I've seen. Warriors weren't supposed to win that game. Klay and Iggy had a bad night. Curry just carried the team all game. He made if I remember correctly, 12 3s that night. It wasn't supposed to be OT if KD hadn't fouled Iggy at the end of regulation. I keep telling people it's not enough that you watch that shot to realize how ridiculous that shot was. All game long Curry has been making ridiculous shot after shot just to keep the game close and at the end he shot a transition three from almost half court to win them the game. How crazy was that? This is the game that won him the unanimous MVP. Even Cleveland press corps can't stomach not voting for him (local sports media have a tendency to vote for their local superstar, this is the reason why Jordan never won unanimously).

Wilt never did that because of the simple fact that there was no 3pt line when he played. Try again!!

Curry's most underrated shot is the half court shot against Memphis Game 5 of the western semi conference finals. Memphis fans became shocked that day.

the 2016 NBA Season was one of the greatest, Kobe's last season, the Warriors went 73-9 and the cherry on top was the NBA Finals that year.

I never got why for so many years people would say all this dude does is shoot 3s. Curry is the best shooter of all time of course but this dude is also one of the best finishers around the rim we have in the league too.

It still crazy how just merely him running around is like so much pressure for the other team.
