Hi! I think the large pouch can be used for home use. Make up brushes can fit in the main compartment (there are 2 of them) and it's nice that its wipeable on the interior! Thanks for watching!
Hi! Try emailing customer service? I have redeemed the reward points several times, are you sure you are doing it correctly? I've found that you have to have an item to your cart then you can redeem the points credit at checkout in your cart, OR you can then go to the rewards page and select whatever item you like. Hope that helps!

Untold numbers of email. They simply make up rules which are not on the website.
When I have asked where these rules are disclosed on the website they provide no answer. They seem to just make things up as they go.
I do not think I have been treated this poorly in the last 30 years.
