One other way to get a little texture.... Put a blackened shrimp on top and hit with a lil bit of Cajun seasoning. Thanks again Will for sharing and taking us along.

I LOVE deviled eggs! These look amazing. I add a tiny bit of lemon zest to cut through the fat, or I add I tiny bit of apple cider vinegar to the filling. Makes them pop.

Man, I was wondering how you were going to peel those fresh eggs, a spoon. Wow. We have chickens and I just cut them in half and suffer some crunchy bites. Will try your way.
I like to add a sprinkle of Old Bay on my HB eggs.

Pablo was the devil's child however the end result was better than average devilled eggs. I thort huh no sea related stuff until I saw the little egg boats with their sesame sails. Knock me down with a feather. I digress - Image a scotch egg with a seafood middle - a medly if you Will of various mussels, crab, and lobster plus prawn meat. It might work. The exterior would be some exotic meat like alligator perhaps ( Louisiana egg? )- this tail is far too long now.
