- The defendant is the boyfriend of the plaintiff's sister. The plaintiff says the defendant used her credit card to rent a car and racked up a bunch of tickets, so she's suing. The defendant claims the plaintiff rented the car for herself, and he gave her $200 to use the vehicle just a few times.
