    19-19 on 3rd set, 2 points away from a Gold medal in Olympic. Imagin many years practising, effort and dreaming depend on these two points to achieve a gold medal. Ohhhh man, I can not imagine the pressure on a real situation. It is a super difficult situation to even play a normal serve. Tan W K from Malaysia was played amazingly.

      @@wendywu9264 not so much, at that point in time cheng long was consistently beating lin dan. As much as I like lcw, cheng long was controlling the whole race, with lcw remaining in touch but always just too far. And cheng long semifinal match, Victor axelsen beat lin dan in the bronze medal match. So this narrative doesn't stand well and in all honesty, seems like an attempt to bring down the winner.

    It's so unfortunate that the Malaysians could not make history that day. I couldn't even imagine their pressure at that moment. I'm happy that China got the gold medal. But kudos to the Malaysians for trying their best.

    medali emas yg sudah didepan mata harus lepas karna 3x kesalahan gak perlu yg dilakukan oleh mereka sendiri dipoin² kritis...
    -sempat tertinggal diset ketiga
    -mereka berhasil mengejar bahkan 2x match poin terlebih dahulu...
    -sayangnya mereka justru melakukan kesalahan yg tidak perlu,sehingga memberi poin mudah kepada ZHANG/FU...
    -ditambah bola tanggung yg seharusnya sangat mudah bagi pemain sekelas mereka gagal dimaksimalkan oleh GOH sehingga berbalik ZHANG/FU yg mendapatkan match poin dan akhirnya mereka kalah tragis...
    disini lah perang mental yang sesungguhnya...

    Is it just me or does anyone notice the difference in Fu Haifeng's arm. His left arm bigger than his right one. Can see it everytime he serves.

      @dee191403 4 года назад

      many ppl discussed it, he is in fact one of the biggest smashers badminton has ever known. praveen jordan is another, but his right arm is yet to develop bigger, lets see in a few years 😁

      thats because fhf didnt give care for his right hand at all..
      which is quite weird,, since he only need to train atleast 30-50% for his right hand he will not have that crab hand ahhahaha

    They may be did those simple serves millions of times in their practices since childhood, still making fouls and short serves, that's the impact of pressure, physical abilities and skills matter only half in big stages, mental strength plays remaining half part

    Goh V Shem đen quá, cả trận đập rất tốt rất cắm quả cuối lại đập ra ngoài.
    Có lẽ đứng trước giây phút lịch sử ai ít run sợ hơn người ấy sẽ giành chiến thắng.
    Fu Hai Feng hỏng quả gần cuối nhưng vẫn giữ vững tinh thần rất tốt.
    Fu Hai Feng xứng đáng vô địch hơn
