I just got my new Brio 4k Pro today. Paid $185.00 for it and found this video to help me set it up. I'm definitely looking for your advice overall. Hi great video! I have one question though if I have a Surface Pro X (which uses a SQ2 ARM processor) conected to an external 4K monitor: 1. Will I be able to download the software? and 2. Can I use the camera without the software?
I couldn't have done it without you. Just bought the Brio and couldn't have guessed I needed the hub software in addition to the Logitech Options software I already installed for my keyboard and mouse. Like and subbed. Would you please let me know what utility you use to draw on screen so seamlessly? You do a lot of OBS tuts (that's my next install: total newb so far) so I suppose it is OBS functionality, but please confirm. Thank you!

I have the Logitech Brio however mine seems to have this fuzziness effect on it and doesn't seem to be at all in focuses even though auto focus is on. The picture quality isn't that great either as advertised? I'll watch the next video to see if that helps.

How do you switch between your 2 logitech brios and your mac (computer)? My purpose is to switch between a crowd view (people in the audience) and my own computer (i.e. teaching on zoom and using share screen for slides).

This tutorial is amazing, only problem is when I’m on the Logitech g hub, i press Logitech brio and I don’t see myself on the screen, nothings connecting 😅 but if I go and stream, it shows that the Logitech is connected… how do I get it to connect on the G HUB so I can’t maximise the settings?
Good video. Apparently Logitech G-Hub is not supported in Windows 8.1? I can only find a download labeled Windows 10 on Logitech's site, and if I try to install it the installer errors with 'Entry point not found'.
Hi, first thank you for the video. I'm having a problem with the G Hub, and hoping you can help (possibly another quick/short video?). I had no problem with my windows 11 finding the Brio Webcam, and no problem installing the G Hub. However, all of the adjustments are grayed out. I, of course, went researching trying to find help, but the only thing out there is for 2018 and earlier, nothing for windows 11. I still tried some of the advice that was given including restarting my pc, disconnecting my webcam, etc. but those didn't help. Any help at all would be greatly appreciated. Thanks again. PS. My pc says I have the best up to date firmware/driver
