It’s all about progress and two weeks goes by fast when you realize it, just do planks every day for as long as you can, and it’ll slowly increase (don’t forget to work out on abs too) I went from barely 15 seconds to 1:30 in two weeks and was happy with my progress

I was at 168lbs just a couple weeks ago. When i started changing my eating habits for playing ⚽️, i have so far went down to 164lbs. So far so good. Doing a majority of these and then some has been detrimental especially during this lockdown.
Thank you for a great reminder...been doing these exercises years ago but somehow I got lost due to excessive lunch or dinner meetings. Now in my 50’s am still healthy but thanks to your motivations and am starting to adopt all suggestions you’ve made. I'm a teen and I'm not fat but I have that little bit of weight on my stomach and thighs. My thighs are probably never gonna go away but mostly for now, I'm working on my stomach. I run a lot but don't seem to lose any. I'm gonna start the workouts but it's just so hard for me. I eat okay? But not as good as I need to. I hope that before summer and after COVID-19 I can have that beach-ready stomach. This is great but I just wish that it could be that easy. You really help me. My OWN record of longest planking time is 11 minutes and 32 seconds, and yes my entire body is in Sore after that, i couldn't even move my arms since I'm so stiff

Walking and running does work, plus a a glass of warm water in the mornings works wonders but it takes time so you gotta be patient and work on your diet a bit too.

Good on ya. I was 111kg on Feb 2019 One year later I'm at 88kg Keep it up yourself. But peanut butter is definitely tricky. There are better ways of getting the nutrition. Most have high sugar which definitely hurt more than help.
@@MohsinAli-ht3tb well for breakfast I only ate oatmeal and skimmed milk, and for lunch I ate 2 chicken breasts and a fist size of rice and some veggies. For snacks I eat some fruits or boil an egg but only eat the white ones. But if I am suuupppeeerrr hungry i just ate 2 whole egg hehe.. I drink minimum 5 litres of water everyday and for me its a must and stop drinking sweet drink I skip dinner entirely Basically I ate between 7am to 2pm For workout I tend to do cardio for 30mins and deadlift 4 sets(currently on 60kgs) and some legs press for 6sets(130kg). And if I have some energy i do some arm workout but usually don't because i dont really like being at the gym for long hehe I go do the gyk 3 to 4 days in a week And thats pretty much it Hope it helps! I do planks (3, 1:20 mins each and 2, side planks 0:40mins each on each side), 20 reps of sit ups, ab roller and bicycle crunches. I jog 2Km and skip rope for 5 mins. I am a vegetarian, eat healthy, i do not eat much and keep away from junk foods, sugar and fats. I am not fat, but I am not able to get rid of the last bit of fat around my belly button no matter how hard I try.
Guys what im doing is planking for 20 seconds and do that until you reach 2 minutes (in breaks of 1 minute) then i do 40 star jumps and 10 sit ups. After that just walk around your room or where ever you are to help your muscles to calm down a bit. Im going to do this exercise for a month and see what happens. Also i eat 3 table spoons of peanut butter every day. And i would recommend to drink tea with only 1 or 2 teaspoons of sugar and a bit of lemon.
First week of planks I’m down after 30 seconds. After 2 weeks I made it up to 1 min 30 sec. After a month I made it up to 3min 15sec. I realized I build up muscles in my biceps and legs, started to flatten my stomach. Of course, oatmeal every morning and lunch after 5 hours with broccoli, potatoes and carrots (all steamed,no salt) + shredded chicken breast (boiled, no salt) 3 hours after, workout with mixed nuts snacks with lots of water. No big meal after that until bed. Repeat 7 times a week for a month. You’ll see improvements.

Karlis Gribulis well, the plank is one of the routine in my workout. As I said at first I’m down after 30 sec, that means of course I tried multiple times every single day until after weeks I made it up to a minute and max of 3min 15sec after a month.

Sounds like crap, the best way to lose weight is lower your sugar intake, eat less and make sure to workout for at least 5 days a week, you don't need to walk outside... just look up a HIIT cardio workout on RUclips and you'll be soaked in sweat each time. To lower your bodyfat percentage its important to eat 80% or 90% of your total calory-need, until your fat-percentage is on a healthy level (this depends for mem/women). To figure that out you can ask a personal trainer or other expert. You can also look for it online at high quality sources. Once you did that you have to track your activities (manually or fitness watch), because every time you exersise by walking or running or biking etc. you're body burns more calories then when your body is inactive. To help yourself you can do some workouts, maybe go with the bike or go to the gym or do another program. To maintain or increase your muscle (If you also work out during your diet) eat enough proteïns (1,5-2 grams proteïn per kg of your weight). Now your body will mostly burn the other calories that you need but don't eat, from its sources (fat). It depends per person but on average it takes some weeks before your bodyfat is decreasing, just stay clear for your goal and you'll get there! It's important to keep in touch with your body during this and you need to allow yourself to evaluate and stop it if its not your thing or if your fat-percentage is getting unhealthy low. You only do this for yourself. Hope it will help some individuals to understand the workings of the human body some more:)

"Cool walk" for an hour wont burn nearly 600 calories, you should walk for an hour a day for sure, but you will lose around 300 calories. Im not talking about fast walking which is as good as running and kinda harder than "cool walk".
Cardio is the base of fat lose. But wht cardio exactly means: Any physical activty which u can carry on for longer duration is cardio for beginners. Less load But repetations matters. Thts y walking is effective. Even washing whole families dishes n utnecils can be a cardio activity if u do it regularly twice a day . Means do any physical activity which takes more then 15 mints. Do simple things not complicated. N then add any grean tea in boil water, n if possible fresh juices. Yeah, me too.. I've heard many times that ingesting water will make you feel full and decrease your hunger. Not in my case, to me, it seems the opposite, water seems to kick start my stomach and hunger pangs.

There is no way of targeting your fat on the stomach what these exercises do is that you might get abs but the last amount of fat that you get rid of is on the stomach. The first parts of the body that your fat is decreasing is on the back and the legs. What you need to do is to eat in a caloric deficit and obviously train I'd recommend to go out running or go to the gym to build muscles at the same time.
And arms too. You're absolutely right. Stomach fat is the hardest to shed because of how the vascular system in the human body works. The more bloodflow it has the faster it sheds fat.

Walking and running does work, plus a a glass of warm water in the mornings works wonders but it takes time so you gotta be patient and work on your diet a bit too.

Keep it up yourself. But peanut butter is definitely tricky. There are better ways of getting the nutrition. Most have high sugar which definitely hurt more than help.

@@MohsinAli-ht3tb well for breakfast I only ate oatmeal and skimmed milk, and for lunch I ate 2 chicken breasts and a fist size of rice and some veggies. For snacks I eat some fruits or boil an egg but only eat the white ones. But if I am suuupppeeerrr hungry i just ate 2 whole egg hehe..
I drink minimum 5 litres of water everyday and for me its a must and stop drinking sweet drink
I skip dinner entirely
Basically I ate between 7am to 2pm
For workout I tend to do cardio for 30mins and deadlift 4 sets(currently on 60kgs) and some legs press for 6sets(130kg). And if I have some energy i do some arm workout but usually don't because i dont really like being at the gym for long hehe I go do the gyk 3 to 4 days in a week
And thats pretty much it

I do planks (3, 1:20 mins each and 2, side planks 0:40mins each on each side), 20 reps of sit ups, ab roller and bicycle crunches. I jog 2Km and skip rope for 5 mins. I am a vegetarian, eat healthy, i do not eat much and keep away from junk foods, sugar and fats. I am not fat, but I am not able to get rid of the last bit of fat around my belly button no matter how hard I try.

Guys what im doing is planking for 20 seconds and do that until you reach 2 minutes (in breaks of 1 minute) then i do 40 star jumps and 10 sit ups. After that just walk around your room or where ever you are to help your muscles to calm down a bit. Im going to do this exercise for a month and see what happens. Also i eat 3 table spoons of peanut butter every day. And i would recommend to drink tea with only 1 or 2 teaspoons of sugar and a bit of lemon.

First week of planks I’m down after 30 seconds.
After 2 weeks I made it up to 1 min 30 sec.
After a month I made it up to 3min 15sec.
I realized I build up muscles in my biceps and legs, started to flatten my stomach.
Of course, oatmeal every morning and lunch after 5 hours with broccoli, potatoes and carrots (all steamed,no salt) + shredded chicken breast (boiled, no salt)
3 hours after, workout with mixed nuts snacks with lots of water. No big meal after that until bed.
Repeat 7 times a week for a month. You’ll see improvements.
Did you plank once until failure and waited the next day or tried multiple times per day, or planked once till failure every other day? Just wondering whats the routine for this. And did you eat right before going to bed or didnt eat at all after gym, didnt quite understand the sentence
Karlis Gribulis well, the plank is one of the routine in my workout. As I said at first I’m down after 30 sec, that means of course I tried multiple times every single day until after weeks I made it up to a minute and max of 3min 15sec after a month.
I recommend getting a lemon and squeeze into water and drink it wait an hour get another cup and squeeze a orange into the water and drink it wait again and drink whatever you want then drink lemon again and dats it

Sounds like crap, the best way to lose weight is lower your sugar intake, eat less and make sure to workout for at least 5 days a week, you don't need to walk outside... just look up a HIIT cardio workout on RUclips and you'll be soaked in sweat each time. That's option #1, Option #2 is the water fast which helped me lose A LOT of weight, fast until 3-4pm, have 1 filling meal and that's it! Try to stop eating by 7pm, after that get a HIIT workout in

To lower your bodyfat percentage its important to eat 80% or 90% of your total calory-need, until your fat-percentage is on a healthy level (this depends for mem/women). To figure that out you can ask a personal trainer or other expert. You can also look for it online at high quality sources. Once you did that you have to track your activities (manually or fitness watch), because every time you exersise by walking or running or biking etc. you're body burns more calories then when your body is inactive. To help yourself you can do some workouts, maybe go with the bike or go to the gym or do another program. To maintain or increase your muscle (If you also work out during your diet) eat enough proteïns (1,5-2 grams proteïn per kg of your weight). Now your body will mostly burn the other calories that you need but don't eat, from its sources (fat). It depends per person but on average it takes some weeks before your bodyfat is decreasing, just stay clear for your goal and you'll get there! It's important to keep in touch with your body during this and you need to allow yourself to evaluate and stop it if its not your thing or if your fat-percentage is getting unhealthy low. You only do this for yourself.

"Cool walk" for an hour wont burn nearly 600 calories, you should walk for an hour a day for sure, but you will lose around 300 calories. Im not talking about fast walking which is as good as running and kinda harder than "cool walk".

Hit the cardio hard. Up to an hour a day. I call it shaking the flab. Do weight machines for your abs. I'm in the process of doing this now and I've lost a lot of my stomach fat in 30 days or so. It's amazing. People are amazed but it's hard work but not that hard to do if you put in the time.
I dont have equipment i only have 1 2lbs dumbell and a kettlebell 4kg and also a hand grip strengthener

@@lucas5867 basically have water and nothing but it's recommended that you add at least a teaspoon of salt a day to keep your electrolytes up. I'm currently doing dry for 3 days and I break that in 1 and I go back right in.

Yeah, me too.. I've heard many times that ingesting water will make you feel full and decrease your hunger. Not in my case, to me, it seems the opposite, water seems to kick start my stomach and hunger pangs.

To get the baby fat away is really really hard. Just have it but train further on. I have a bit belly fat left also but I trained my chest, back , abs etc that the belly fat don’t stands out. It’s more healthier with a bit belly fat if you have it.

There is no way of targeting your fat on the stomach what these exercises do is that you might get abs but the last amount of fat that you get rid of is on the stomach. The first parts of the body that your fat is decreasing is on the back and the legs. What you need to do is to eat in a caloric deficit and obviously train I'd recommend to go out running or go to the gym to build muscles at the same time.
And arms too. You're absolutely right. Stomach fat is the hardest to shed because of how the vascular system in the human body works. The more bloodflow it has the faster it sheds fat.

2. Do cardio
3. Do strenght training (Muscles eats calories when they grow)
