Hi Gravity Transformation team. Your videos are very helpful and accurate. Keep up the good work.

Caption of the video is wrong itself, you can't lose fat effortlessly, this is the truth, gotta do the hardwork and discipline.
Thankyou
Don’t buy crap that you should not and need not eat. Cuts down the temptation and decision making which is stressing and a distraction from working on doing what needs to be done.
Great video
I’m not gonna lie I been watching your vids for a few months I actually like your tips & the fact you don’t use a lot of profanity plus your explanations are backed with scientific facts you earned a sub ✊🏿
I agree, first video of his I've come across and it's just straight to the facts with good tips, I'll definitely incorporate them into my daily routine slowly
Get enough sleep it's essential for fat loss
The Army: lol what he'd say?
army gives you plenty of time to sleep if you dont come home eat dinner and go to bed and do absolutely nothing else...
jeff
I know someone who was in army for 10 years he said they did sleep ,ate normally at base , when did go out had plenty of food at the outpost, u was only there for a few days then another squad would come in take over u go back to base to recover
This guy is amazing. His tips have taken me a long way. I love fasting, it literally changed my life. Thank you my guy 💯💯💪🏽

Me - Interesting
most people stick to the "sea food diet" everything they see they eat.
Surely your referring to a "see food diet"??
@@richo2765 is that where everything you sea you eat?
If the food's free eat it all.

Very good advice. If it’s too much for you, however, from my own experience I’d say the single most effective way to lose fat is to cut sugar-drastically.
Sweet drinks first.. It's incredible how much calories you get through them 😅
@@curiousSloth92 correct, you should never drink any calories.
Sugar is the real gateway drug since it causes inflammation and diabetes and many other health problems.
Honestly, I just wing it with the diet. It’s to difficult for me to know how many carbs, fat, protein to take in and which foods to eat. I just control my eating habits and just eat healthy while winging it with the protein and carb intake. So far I’ve lost 8 pounds in one month while doing insanity HIIT.

The ketogenic or carnivore diet will simplify things for you and combined with intermittent fasting, will help you optimize your body weight and physique.
No keto kind of diet. Happy to hear this.
doesnt low sugar no alcohol and fasting give you any hints that keto is the best 🤔👀
Nah, just basically exactly what Eric 'Mr Keto' Berg has been saying all along.
But... without actually calling it 'keto' or talking about 'running' on ketones.
Segaman z_11 No it doesn’t, just hints on becoming a normal human being. Doesn’t have anything to do with running on ketones.
@@moeabdelhameed you and i both know that a NORMAL human doesnt follow these rules.. its more of a healthy human being.. but anw im saying this to encourage the guy to go on keto.. i really recommend it
Shiznuts Dr Berg didn’t invent Keto nor was he the first to say any of this. Atkins was saying this years before he ever picked it up

I feel bad for the judo athlete who fell on his head.
dont, it doesnt hurt
@@davmanasyan i did judo in my youth. No one casually falls on the head or neck, let alone falling on your back is painful enough if you're not conditioned.
Getting tossed on your head or neck sucks, everywhere else you don’t really feel it as long as your doing your break falls correctly
He didnt fall on it, he was put on it🤪
@@davmanasyan That's how you get knocked out in judo you joker. Just because tatami isn't hard doesn't mean you don't get hurt. Some throws are banned exactly because of that.

Same tbh. I've recently started my diet and working out. Anyone have advice on the workout portion? I do about 15 mins a day of a certain area of my body for 5 days and have Saturday and Sunday to rest. About 3 days out of the 5 I do strength training. I wanted to know if what I am doing should be altered in some way?
