@@focusonfertility I'm a kiwi. Very happy to find your videos on RUclips. I am currently TTC. I'm interested to know what your thoughts are on the Mira fertility tracker
I have been measuring my BBT for three months and I definitely see that in average my temperature is higher in the second half of the cycle, but it is also fluctuating almost every/every second day. Does it have to be consistently high or is it normal that on some days it is lower and on some again higher?
If you're not having a period at least every 35 days, ovulation isn't occurring regularly. If your periods have stopped, or are coming infrequently, please see your doctor to find out what might be going on.
Yes, this is really common when you just start out. One thing you can try is to put your thermometer on your phone or alarm clock - the first thing you reach for in the morning. That can be a good prompt! And if you miss taking the odd temperature it really doesn't matter :)
I have been temping for longer than I’d like to admit….well, TTC for 7 years…. I got the Oura ring last year. While it doesn’t completely line up with the temps I take every morning, they are very close and certainly tells you if you are ovulating. Taken together with all the other signs of fertility, I find it a very useful tool.
Check out the video! :) BBT charting might be best for you. Also, with my online course, the Fast Track to Pregnancy Program you'll be able to figure out if and exactly when you're ovulating (link to course below the video).
It all depends on how your current temperatures compare to the temperatures you had earlier in your cycle. On average, they should be at least 0.2 degrees Celsius or 0.4 degrees Fahrenheit higher, in order to confirm ovulation. But there's a bit more to it than this. If you'd like to find out more and learn how to easily identify if you're ovulating or not, please feel free to join my Fast Track to Pregnancy Program (link below the video). Wishing you all the best!
What can me my husband do to help us conceive we been trying and so far nothing… he has a low count … can we still get pregnant and is there anything we can do to increase our chances?
@Rose Fleming Yes, there's lots you can do. First and foremost I recommend your husband see a urologist with a specialist interest in male infertility. It's important that he has a thorough investigation for a cause of the low sperm count, as often this CAN be treated. Diet and lifestyle changes and specific supplements can also make a big difference. Feel free to book a consultation with me also, if you'd like some help with this: bit.ly/3nIwMaI
Thank you for explaining, i did test on my 21 days and the result is show, follicular 0.3-1.0 nmo1/1 ,Luteal 3.8- 50.5 nmo1/1, post menopausal 0.3-1.0 nmo1/1, pregnancy 1st trimister 8.9-468 nmol1/1, Males 0.4-3.1 nmo1/1 Please help what does it mean? Im trying to concive
The numbers shown here are the reference ranges for progesterone. That is, the range of normal values that you can compare your result with. They don't show your individual test result. If you look at your results, you should be able to find your individual result under a heading such as 'your value' or 'result'. Please ask your doctor for your result if you're unable to find it.
