Alone in paradise…⛵️⛵️⛵️😀😀😀
That's a nice way of looking at in Michel. 😀
👍🧿 Sağ olun.
Rica ederim. 😀
Another great vid Captain Baz and Top mate Aannsha, Baz the hair is looking good again, Aannsha is always looking good 🙂
(Baz) Funny that you should mention my hair I've just this minute got back from the barber. Used the one in the marina complex. He did a great job for just 40 Turkish Lira. 👍
Thanks Freddie, I'm a sucker for a compliment! 😘
Nicely explained what you are doing and why.. Thx
Glad to help and thanks for watching. 👍
:) That Cray looked over Cooked O its Baz :) lol Stay Safe
Cheers Maurice. 👍
I've got the same plotter and it used to take minutes to locate from cold start. There is a small lithium battery in the external GPS unit which saves position location when the boat power is shut off. After renewing it I found no more waiting for GPS acquisition !
Hi Simon, we received the same information from one of our patrons just yesterday. As soon as the sun comes out we'll film us doing that job. Cheers for the info. 👍
🌪 Fair Winds 😎
Cheers Darrell. 👍
so looking forward to sailing Turkey in the Future you and Lets dance have well and truly wet my appetite
It is a fantastic cruising area. 😀
That was the shortest 15 minutes I've had in a long time. It was like I was there with you. I especially liked the food shots. Going to head to the kitchen right now.
Hey Murray, refrigerator raids at midnight are the best. 😀
Glad you liked the food shots Murray. I must film more like that! 🍲🍝
Regular like and shout out to help out 🙋♂️
Cheers Bono. 👍
Thank you Bono, it all makes a difference. 👍
Don't you just hate how a head wind makes a diesel engine flap and luff! Lol
😂
7:00 - following sea.
The ride got a bit more comfortable once there was enough wind to get the head sail out. 👍
Enjoyed the video but 17 knots from behind and motoring?
Did you see the flogging sail? It wasn't a constant wind.
@@SailingABSea I saw it turned into a headwind at one point too! Perhaps almost a philosophical point but I try to turn off the motor any chance I get, but each to his own. Hoping to join you cruising the med next year so let’s see if I have the patience to deal with the fickle med breeze! It was interesting to see how you moved to a more protected anchorage…good stuff!!
When cruising along the Turkish coast the wind is not constant like it can be when further out in the Aegean among the Greek islands. We had some really great sailing days when we crossed the Aegean. And then there were many days we couldn't leave a Greek anchorage because the Meltemi was a constant 35 knots. Maybe we need to offer more sacrifices to the wind gods. 😀
Tnxs for another nice episode! How many cameras do you use?, and what brands/types are they? Also we are curios of what editing software you are using? We are still editing our episode #1.
We are using Powerdirector 365. It is much to learn in this game ;) Best regards from Jin and Eivind @Sailing SV Frigg
Hi Jin and Eivind, we use three cameras, a Canon, a Sony and GoPro. Links to makes and models are in the description of each video. We edit with Adobe Premiere Pro. The fully owned version before Adobe came up with their money grabbing monthly rental scheme. Cheers.
@@SailingABSea Tnxs for info!
Seriously mate, you gotta change your name to Motoring ABSEA. Dead set , have a go and go sailing for once.
Have you been along this section of the Turkish coast?
