    Is the coconut milk used a canned one or the liquid one?

    What can I replace for coconut milk for the cream. I don’t like coconut taste . Does any plant based milk do the same work to hold the cream together ?

      You can use cashew or oat milk as well! Will not be as creamy but still delicious!

    How to ensure that the chilled hardened coconut patisserie is lump free?

      Use a whisk while stirring the creme on the stove! If it's lumping after heating, just let it chill in the fridge before blending until smooth!

    Wowww.... Substitute for maple syrup? Or can we skip it?

      Unfortunately it is essential for this recipe, otherwise you can use other liquid sweetener such as agave or allulose syrup!

    Can i replace agar powder with gelatine?

      Yep it is possible but we encourage you to use agar as much as possible!

    Do u have to blind bake the tart shell with weights?

      You can do that too, otherwise poking holes at the base of the tart crust helps!
